We believe in collective agreement, learning, power, and liberation. Joining our group will require active efforts to be class, gender, sexuality, and race conscious; being accountable to our best practices for productive discussion and work; and making the time and space to foreground the voices and needs of the oppressed with a focus on their experiences navigating the academy. We believe in student-oriented pedagogy as well as horizontal collaboration with student-run groups, particularly those organized by Black, Indigenous, and/or students of color.
